Options available to clients are as follows:
- A pre-agreed flat fee – before representation begins, we will work with you to arrive at a customized price for specific services. You will know in advance the resources we will dedicate to your matter and the amount you will owe.
- One time fee, limited to a time frame – before representation begins, we will work with you to arrive at a customized price for specific services. You will know in advance the resources we will dedicate to your matter and the amount you will owe.
- Hourly – at ACE Legal we are committed to providing affordable legal services. Our hourly rate is $395/hr.
- Independent Legal Advice (ILA) for Separation Agreements, Cohabitation/Prenuptial Agreements – $1,000 + tax for an Agreement of less than 15 pages including Certificate of ILA. For Agreements of 15 pages or greater add $50 per page. The text on a page must be at least 12pt and there must be adequate spacing before and after Headings and between paragraphs.
- Desk Order Divorce – no children, signed separation agreement – $1,500 + disbursements + tax.
- Desk Order Divorce – children, signed separation agreement and federal child support table amount for child support is being paid – $1,950 + disbursements + tax.
